Terms of Service

These are the terms of service for commissioning Enibisu. These rules are in place to protect both you and me so make sure you read everything carefully!

General

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions in this form.-All prices listed are for personal use only. In order to commercially use any of the pieces (i.e selling stickers, shirts, prints etc.) you must pay an extra fee of 50% of the original price.-All rights to my work belong to me. This includes but is not limited to using the pieces in portfolios, posting them online, the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.-You are not authorized to use my art as NFTs.-Using my art in any relation to AI prohibited.-I can refuse any commissions as I see fit.-Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of a design or BG. If this happens to be the case, It will be discussed upon taking the commission.

Payment

All payments will be made through PayPal.Clients are expected to pay 100% of the commission rate before I begin the commission. (50% can be negotiable depending on the circumstance)The commission will not be started until the payment has been made.Rush fees can be payed to put you at the top of my commission list. This does not mean you will be put above the commission I am currently working on. Fees for rush orders will be discussed together!I uphold the right to refuse a deadline if I determine it is unattainable for me.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if for an unjustifiable reason, cannot finish your commission.Refunds are otherwise out of the question if I have begun working on your commission.

Client Use

Credit is required when using my pieces on any platformAs the artist, I reserve the right to all pieces I have created.You are allowed to:
-Claim credit for the character (if they are yours of course),
-Post the art piece with proper credit,
-Print the piece for personal use,
-Use as your wallpaper, icon, pfp, etc. with credit.The following is considered copyright infringement:
-Selling or reproducing my art without my consent
-Posting the piece publicly without credit,
-Using the piece as am icon, pfp, header, etc. without credit,
-Removing my signature from my artwork,
-Changing my artwork

References for Commissions

Please provide as much helpful reference as you can. The more, the better. If you are needing help on what to look for, I am always able to help guide you.If there are commission requirements, i.e size, resolution, and/or color mode requirements, please inform me ahead of time. If I have already begun working on the piece, it may be unlikely that I can change that.If the references given are unclear or lacking and I have to look for things myself, this counts as starting from scratch and an additional charge will be added to the total price. The client will be notified of the additional charge and we will discuss further.A detailed description of the commission is required. Any art you may be able to make to further explain is welcomed!Examples of what you can send:
-Type of commission
-Pictures of the character/OC
-Picture(s) of pose idea(s)
-Clothing references
-Hairstyles
-Accessories
-Pictures of background(s)
-Pictures you like the mood/colours of
-Description: (i.e: who, doing what, where, when, why, for what)
-Personality and/or occupation
-Anything else that you think is important!

Revisions

A maximum of 4 revisions will be allotted during the thumbnailing & colour stages.Additional revisions after 4 indicated above will result in an upcharge of 5-15% of the base price, increasing with the complexity of the piece.Due to having artistic freedom when creating commissions, I will work as best as I can based on my judgement. I will always check in with the client to make sure we are heading in the right direction. Check ins do not count as revisions.Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free. (ex. forgotten details)
